Our rock star. That’s what we call Charleen Kretschmer. Since Upower’s inception, Charleen has volunteered her time and shared her infectious energy by coaching several classes a week, wherever she is asked to go.

In the summertime, spotting Charleen is easy. She’s the coach with the “drill sergeant” whistle leading workouts and creatively drumming up ways to engage her troops (think group sit-up circles) — all the while ensuring everyone feels welcome and encouraged to do their best.

Teens love her wonderful spirit, thoughtful instruction and spot-on silliness. We love her too! Thank you Charleen for all you add to Upower.
