We’re busy preparing for the upcoming growing season by planning spring gardens at our at Juvenile Detention and Interagency Queen Anne locations.
Interagency partner Sawhorse Revolution – a Seattle-based nonprofit that teaches high school students carpentry and related job skills – is building new garden beds while the teens help us decide what to grow.
Soon we’ll be planting enjoying onions, lettuce, peas, potatoes, kale, chard, fresh herbs, flowers, and more.
Stayed tuned!
